Our aggression consultation will consist of approximately two hours of consultation and evaluation, along with a write up which we will email you after the session is over.
Prior to your consultation please take your dog to the veterinarian and get a clean bill of health. Sometimes aggression is caused by illness and pain and we need to rule this out before we meet.
Also keep in mind we may refer you to a veterinary behaviorist if we feel that training alone will not address your dog’s aggression issues. We will work with dogs that have bitten, but not dogs that have caused serious injuries to humans. Those are best addressed by someone with doctoral degree. Please visit www.dacvb.org to find a qualified veterinary behaviorist.
